I have to give all the credit for this simple but effective idea to Bert (MightyPizzaOven). It's not elegant, and its not as cool-looking as Bill's (wheelman), but it actually works pretty well.
The cheese was poor quality, and very dry.
Pie was baked tonight in the 2stone. Bottom stone was 725 after 20 mins at 50% flame, then 100% post-launch.
