David Sheridan “Wheated” from NY style trip with Chau

I thought David was a great guy and very passionate about pizza and also was a lot of fun on the NY trip we were on.

Help Wheated replace pizza ovens lost to Sandy

I didn't get to know David all that well on the tour, but I've been watching Wheated's progress very closely.  It's not hyperbole to predict that this could easily be one of the best pizzas in NY.  The loss of his magnificent ovens to the hurricane is such an immense tragedy. The shortsightedness of the City and the dishonesty of the insurance Company only adds salt to an already gaping wound.
