Ok so I don't know how I stumbled upon your site but I have a batch of Canadave's "Lehmann-inspired" recipe in the fridge as I type.
Attempted pizza from scratch in the past but the taste and texture were never worth the effort it took to make. So I always keep "the stuff that hangs on hooks near the sauce" on hand for crusts.
But I have some brand new 'dough joe' stones, purchased for bread making, so I thought I would give this pizza thing another whirl
