Hello!
« on: December 16, 2012, 08:51:16 PM »
I'm a total newb when it comes to Pizza making at home but then again I've been wingin' it on my own now for a while and I'm pretty handy in the kitchen. I stumbled across this forum while trying to figure out how to make a Dominoes / PJ like dough. Hopefully as time goes by I will learn to make something close. If nothing else I'm persistent. Anyhow, looking forward to learning what I can.

Best Regards,
DarinVR

DarinVR,

Welcome to the forum.

For a PJ clone, see this thread: http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,6758.0.html.

Peter

I'm way ahead of you and in fact that is how I stumbled on this site. I've been studying your PJ clone methodology for the past couple of days. I do not have the equipment or time to attempt this yet but will in the near future. You can be sure that I'll post to that thread when I have givin' it a whirl. Thanks for your contribution on that topic, it looks like that was a tremendous amount of effort on your part.

Regards,
Darin
