No secret to the pizza.  It can be recreated and bested by a lot of folks here in this forum.

Yes, we all have within in us capability to create the perfect pizza, (we don't even need premium ingredients, pizza has always and will always be able to be created cheaply)  I liked how he says he thinks making two pizzas at a time was simpler and more fun than trying to create franchises, it is of course.

Makes me appreciate where I am in my pizza career right now! Lofty dreams of owning a pizza shop and eventually taking over the columbus pizza scene have a different flavor in my mouth right now.
