Still the best pizza in town. But what a pointless article.

No secret to the pizza.  It can be recreated and bested by a lot of folks here in this forum.

He is the "apostle of pizza" in Atlanta only.

Yes, we all have within in us capability to create the perfect pizza, (we don't even need premium ingredients, pizza has always and will always be able to be created cheaply)  I liked how he says he thinks making two pizzas at a time was simpler and more fun than trying to create franchises, it is of course.

Makes me appreciate where I am in my pizza career right now! Lofty dreams of owning a pizza shop and eventually taking over the columbus pizza scene have a different flavor in my mouth right now.

Some platitudes that are relevant:

Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown.

As a reward for your hard work and attention to quality, you have been given even more hard work and responsibility.

Success has its own pitfalls.

Be careful what you wish for.

Give a man a fire, he'll be warm for a night.  Set a man on fire, he'll be warm the rest of his life.
I'd rather eat one good meal a day than 3 squares of garbage.
