So glad I found this forum! I own a tavern with a small kitchen and limited equipment . Until now I have been buying pre-made pizza crusts and making my own sauce. My oven is a small nemco electric 2 deck countertop oven.The results were just ok- the customers did enjoy them- but I have been experimenting with making fresh dough pizza through recipes found online. I don't have a mixer so I have been mixing and kneading by hand. The results are a work in progress- always tasty but not so good looking- lol.
