WOW! Not good!!

I should NEVER have tried it on a Detroit style pan pizza. WAYYYYYY too much oil (jarred pesto = lot's of oil). Combined with the oil in the pan and the result was a completely inedible soggy mess. There's was no way I could even try a bite.

I will try it the next time I do a round, which will probably be within a week. Norma, thanks for the links, I will check them out. Never had Brussells sprouts before but I'm open to trying anything.
I love doing a pesto, chicken and red onion pie. Maybe I'll try that combo on the round pie on a screen.
Ugh, the house reeks of oil and pesto now. Thank God I did the larger pan standard with pepperoni and bacon.
