Hi everyone,
I've only spent about an hour looking over the forum and already found a lot of great information.  I'll be building a wood fired oven in the spring and am looking forward to working on my pizza skills in the meantime.  I've been making pizza in the indoor oven for a while but only the last couple of years with a pizza stone, so I have lots of room for improvement.  Looking forward to learning from all of you!
