I was just turned on to this web site by another member (thanks Andy). I am new to making Pizzas having only made 6 or 8 from scratch so far. I am a bit more familiar with bread baking and I am hoping that you all use baking protocol of weighing ingredients. I do not have any specialized equipment other that a Pro 600 Kitchen Aid for making dough.
I travel a lot so it may be a while between visits for me, bet there are some good things to try here, canít wait to get home and make a pie.
