Antoine, is that oven mounted on the 6 by 6 trailer? The SS self seems to be a nice feature. Looking good.

Yes, it is mounted on a 6 by 6 trailer. I had to have it custom made because most of the time the trailer are 6x8 or 6x10. Any how 6' whas the right measurement to instal the oven with extra insulation and keeping enough room for a 12" front table.
SS shelf was custom made as well, and it is slanted so water runs away from the oven.

Thanks John, I think the shelf is standard, please confirm that Antoine.
It is a very nice looking oven. I will choose the stone/bricks this week. Looking forward to have this baby at home....

I haven't posted in a while on this thread, so here is the latest trailer build.
This is a tandem axle trailer with brakes and a 5' by 8' long bed. It was designed to support a larger oven, like a 1500 lateral but the owner wanted 1030 C oven facing the rare of the trailer and use the extra bed space for prepping area.
There is a small stainless steel table that is designed to rest on the barn doors when opened. This table can be used in front of the oven or placed in the back a prep table.

Now I need to make some room in the warehouse as 3 trailers will be delivered tomorrow.
One is a tandem axle that will be mounted with a 1500 B Lateral. I will make it available at no cost for charitable found raising, but will also be available to rent for the weekend  ;D
Hopefully some pictures tomorrow  :)

The 3 trailers arrived on Saturday. The manager in charge of the entire shipping department for the manufacturing plant decided to drive them down himself from Indiana. He was curious of the oven being mounted on the trailer and wanted to check BSO out.

Very interestingly they arrived stacked-up, I guess I wasn't expecting that. But simply had to pick them-up with the forklift and place them in the warehouse.

Well, I guess carrying them piggyback helped simulate an oven....bet that 'lil tandem axle pulled like a dream for him.

Also on Friday I started the assembly of the 1500 B Lateral on the tandem axle trailer.

This 1500 B Lateral oven went all the way to Oregon and was used for the UL and NSF testing.
Let me tell you those guy were pretty thorough and put the oven through quite a bit. But it passed all the tests and it came back in a fairly good shape.
Well I should say it left the testing laboratories in a good shape because the, oh so caring and gentle shipping company, found a way to lose the crate that was around it and chipped the bricked front landing pretty good.

So I took the oven apart, everything inside looked really good and started reassembling it on the trailer. I replaced the front landing piece that got bit-up but otherwise the floor looks great.

There is quite a bit of pressure to finish this one as it is scheduled to be used by a local baker this Saturday to support the Coppell Farmers Market during a farm to table dinner.

There may be a few late nights this week  :( but it is for a good cause  ;D

Busy day at BSO. The 1500 is fully mounted, braced, insulated and the stucco is on. Now just need to dry.
