Good Evening everyone.
My name is Kurt and I'm from the Chicagoland area. I've been making pizza for many years now, mostly NY and Neopolitan-style knock-offs. But I just got back from Piece tonight and I thought to myself, I've never tried making an apizza.
So I get on pizzamaking.com (which I've been on and here and there over the years) and a I try to search for "New Haven" but the search engine won't let me since I'm not a member.
So here I am. A full fledged new member on the search for an apizza recipe.
