My name is Peter and I'm from Illinois. I just recently started taking up baking as a hobby. Pizza is one of the things I really want to make, but I don't get to do it too often because I allow myself one cheat day per week and not too many people want eat what I bake. I used to always get pizza at Papa Johns, but I'm completely done with that. Since I don't get too much time to practice I really hope I can learn from the experience of other forum members here.
