Very nicely done! In several spots the soundtrack levels makes it difficult to hear what Paulie is saying.

Thank you for posting the documentary about Paulie Gee.  I enjoyed it very much.  I had the pleasure to eat at Paulie Gee’s 2 times and also met him at Pizza Brain by accident, because we both happened to be there at the same time.  Paulie is such a great guy and even remembers who you are, even when he meets so many people.  The last time I saw Paulie he came up to me and gave me a big hug and a kiss.  I love his passion about pizza and also enjoy how friendly he is.
