I'm new to the forum but have been making my own pizza for several years now. Unfortunately, I'm never satisfied with my creations and am always looking for ways to improve my pies. I love both NY and Chicago style pizzas equally (well, maybe Chicago a little more). I hope this forum will provide me with ideas to improve my recipes and maybe I can contribute a little as well. I live in the Washington D.C. area so if anyone knows of great pies in the area, I'm open to hearing about them.
