Introduction to myself

Hi everyone,
my nickname is "il nolese" to remind where I was born in Italian Riviera, a small fishing town close to Savona.
I am a master pizzaiolo with the Italian Accademia Piazzioli and I teach in Savona and Genoa pizza basic course.
I was born in a pizzeria and I have always worked in food and beverage industries.
I have a school chef diploma from Istituto Alberghiero di Finale Ligure, and few master in bartending and icecremery.
My dream is to open a pizza restaurant in ballina a small town in new South Walles Australia.
