I figured that after spending hours and hours reading posts on this site that I really should register. I have learned soo many things already. Being Italian and growing up in Philly it is absolutely necessary to me to be able to make a great pizza (I've been trying for years without knowing why I was doing something.) Thanks to this site I'm well on my way. One more thing, anyone who has not read Omid's piece on pizza philosophy is missing out on a fantastic work.
