Hi my name is Curt, we spend our summers in upstate N.Y. and winters in FL. BBQ is also a hobby/part time business. Been making pizzas for us on sundays, started with pre. made in the oven, then went to store bought dough on the grill. This summer I went through my storage area and pulled out an old harvic electric oven that I had picked up at an auction about 25 years ago and never used. I cleaned it up and to my surprise it worked. I am now trying to make dough, and with all the info. and help from this fourm improve. After reading about the Blackstone I ordered one. I plan to use it in FL. so the hard part will be not opening it up to play with it. We don't leave for FL.until Oct.
