Longtime frustrated at-home pizza maker here still trying to reproduce the perfect Pizza Napoletana in my home oven. Seven years of experimenting so far! Hopefully, with the wisdom, guidance, and resources gleaned from the experienced pizza chefs here - and the approaching addition of a Pompeii, firebrick, wood-fired, pizza oven outside - one day soon I can achieve the 'Holy Grail' Pizza Napoletana!
