 :chef:Hello!  I cam across pizzamaking.com by accident while looking for some answers to pizza making questions.  I am a home pizza chef motivated to prepare the best pizza for my darling family who can't get enough!  My name is Lydia and I am from the San Francisco Bay Area.  I am looking forward to being a part of pizza making.com.

Lydia, welcome from another Bay Area member here. There is a wealth of knowledge here, it may be best to ask a specific question in the general pizza making forum, or any other forum that would pertain to you and your pizza making. Some of the intro forum entries go ignored.
