Hello from China!

Hi there! I'm opening a pizza place in China.  Originally from Wisconsin, and there will be no Asian toppings in my restaurant like potato, corn, whale, octopus, eel, etc. :) 

I've already learned TONS from you guys lurking.  I figure it's time to actively participate :)

Welcome to pizzamaking!

Whereabouts in China are you? I believe there's another American ex-pat who posts on these forums who has some experience in running a pizzeria/making pizza in China.  I think he goes by the nick "SinoChef".
