Greetings from Camden county North Carolina! I was born and raised on Long Island and grew up eating pizza. Unfortunately the pizza down here does not come close to what I was used to. I started experimenting about a year ago and stumbled on his site a short while ago. With all the information I have gotten here I have finally come up with a formula I am happy with. But I am always looking to improve so I will be here frequently. Thanks for all the help so far!!!
