Andy here - looking to improve my pizza making skills so I become "that guy" in my group of friends. "That guy" - being the one making good pizzas. Totally new to this whole endeavor and looking forward to the adventure. Oh, and for the type of pizza? I'm going to be going more for the thin crust styles - that I can cook in my apartment oven on stone or steel.
