I tried a little mayo and a lot of sriracha about a 1 to 10 mixture for the pizza sauce
Also a half and half dijon mayo
The toppings were Left over tri-tip cut up, bell peppers and mushrooms, light on the mozzarella
The sriracha sauce was GOOOO-OOD but HOOOO-OOT
The dijo mayo sauce was a nice starter pizza as well. It would be a mild closer at a pizza party, but would be a nice way to roll into the start of one.
