Primo Gusto sausage topping

Gordan Food Service (GFS) in the midwest carries Primo Gusto brand pizza toppings.
Was wondering if any of you have tried the pork sausage topping and what your opinion is on it's flavor and quality ?
A 10 Lb box is about $20 but am not sure about buying that much at one time.
They also carry Fontanini sausage topping (G62216) in 15 Lb box for about $30.
Thanks for any thoughts.

I may end up getting some of this next. If I do I'll let you know what I think.

Well, how did you like the Primo Gusto? I think the Fontinelli is too salty. IMHO

I tried the Primo Gusto topping this last winter and didn't care for it much - the crumbles were too small and fine in nature and I didn't care for the taste - too bland - IMO - though my cats liked it ! Haven't tried the Fontanini - I don't want 15 lbs of the stuff - too much $$ to take a chance on. I either make a homemade (preferred) Italian sausage or use grocery store Italian sausage (Jimmy Dean) .

Foninelli Sausage.
Hey, it was great as a pinch and smash raw sausage. It reminds me of a lot of the sausage used in the Chicago area. BUT... be careful if you use it as a pre-browned crumbled sausage, its too salty when its precooked and crumbled.
