My name is Vince, I live in South Jersey, just outside Philly. Been making pizza on pizza stones for about 20 years now. I am looking to step up my game and look into building an outdoor pizza oven. My main use would be for pizza and bread making but hoping I can use it as an outdoor fireplace as well.
