Started baking artisan bread a bit over a year ago (put up the bread machine and went 100% hand made) and have gotten pretty good at it. Then about 6 months ago, started working on pizza. I'm not consistent with my dough or my pizza forming ability so continue to work diligently on both. I scour the internet looking for recipes and hints to help me. Some are very good, some are blah. I've joined here to get guidance and learn what I can from other members.
