Yes the one by Bruno.  On the cover is a great looking pizza.  Did he tell you how to make it?

No, the cover photo is a teaser.  

I believe the photo was taken at a restaurant. His book has some generic Chicago style recipes, but none are the secret recipes used by the famous Chicago resturants (the book implies that some secrets are revealed). All in all, I am somewhat disappointed by the book. All of the step-by-step photos are in black & white.

DKM's Chicago deep dish recipe far surpasses anything you'll find in this book.

Thanks Steve, I was afraid of that.  I had went to Amazon and looked at the contents page and it seemed vague.

Don't waste your time or money.

Picked mine up on ebay for 2 bucks and shipping and I still think I paid to much.  It calls for a rolling pin.

The stuffed with spinach is the only one I like out of it. I got my copy for five bucks at Foogles. I am a sucker for pizza books though.

The photo on the front is a Girodano's pizza. None of Bruno's recipes will duplicate Giordano,s (or Uno's, or Malnati's), etc. He seems to be using the standard Jeff Smith (Frugal Gourmet) formula, which makes basically a bread crust, which is not what Chicago deep-dish is about!

Like many cookbooks, this is for the 'average' home pizza maker.  Simple recipes to make a deep dish pizza "style" pizzas in a home kitchen.
