Hi everyone. My name is Michael and live in Gilbert, AZ. I found this site while searching for East coast style pizza. Mainly Pizza L'Oven/Victory Pig style pizza. I was reading the forums from steel_baker and actually tried his recipe. I was so glad to find this site because the pizza turned out amazing on the first try.
