My name is Dave. I'm from outside Philly. I'm looking to learn other styles. I currently am comfortable with making NY style. I use a 60qt Hobart mixer for my dough. I use a Marsal mb866 stacked fully brick oven. I've always had a passion for old forge style pizza and I'm looking to learn how to make the dough.
