Frozen dough seems to be ok.

Hello,

I had these Doughballs that had been sitting in the freezer for about a week and then in the back of my fridge for about a week. Today I decided to cook them, so I let them sit on the counter for about an hour. They cooked in 3-4 minutes on my stone, I think my oven's thermostat is broken  :-D If I set it a bit past 500 the burner never shuts off!

The doughballs were individually wrapped in thin film while in my fridge, I think it helps a bit.

I agree that the oven is getting hotter than 500. Would be interesting to see how hot the stone gets after an hour pre heat. Lotsa char!
