I had these Doughballs that had been sitting in the freezer for about a week and then in the back of my fridge for about a week. Today I decided to cook them, so I let them sit on the counter for about an hour. They cooked in 3-4 minutes on my stone, I think my oven's thermostat is broken

If I set it a bit past 500 the burner never shuts off!
