I'm Barb, from Northeastern Ohio. I've been baking bread nearly all my life, but in the past few years have really concentrated on sourdough breads. My interest in pizza is almost as old as I am. I've been to Italy a few times and am on a quest to turn out really authentic Neapolitan style pizza with the standard kitchen equipment I have (conventional gas oven.) I'm here to learn and hopefully one day have something to share.
