In my experience, the people here will be willing and able to give you a LOT of help.  But, you need to tell everyone something more than you have so far.

What is wrong?
What ingredients, amounts, measures are you using?
How do you prepare the dough?
Oven temperature?
Pizza stone?

And more.

Welcome to this great community. As Mitch wrote, you need to give us some details, and it would be best to post in the NY Style sub board (not that many people read the new member intro posts)..
