Stumbled across this forum, again--turns out I already had it bookmarked, but buried in with a gajillion others.
My family and I make pizza most weeks, and a number of friends and co-workers are sort of "fans" of our Facebook posts about pizza.
We tend towards simple toppings, but can get fairly eclectic with them, and a trip to NYC last summer set us on a quest for a better crust than we had been making. We are getting closer by the week.............
