Hello! My name is Al and I live in Brooklyn NY. I have been occasionally cooking homemade pizza's for a few months now, but only recently started to get the hang of it! I use a regular kitchen oven, a GE profile, heated up to 550 degrees, and cook 'em on a round, mesh tray.
