Removable bottom pans

I'm a new member here and found this great site totally by accident.
I've been searching for the past 5 years for a replacement to the removable pizza pan my wife through out

I looked on their site(s) and come up... zip zilch notta

Any one know where I can get a 14 inch removable bottom pan like this?
I'm stuck on this rock in the middle of the Pacific ocean called Hawaii so I'll have to ship it in for sure.

There have been several posts on the forum directed to springform pans but very little on pans with removable bottoms such as Steve disclosed in the post you referenced. Have you done any searching for removable bottom pans? I did a quick Google search and turned up the following: http://www.fatdaddios.com/catalog/round-1-4. The Fat Daddios round cheesecake pans come in 2" and 3" depths and diameters ranging from 3" to 16". As Steve noted, the pans he purchased had to be seasoned. They were not dark, anodized pans that did not require seasoning. For the latter, maybe the Lloyd Pans cheesecake pans with removable bottoms, as shown at http://www.lloydpans.com/standard-pans/bakeware/cake-pans/cheesecake-pans#add, are what you are looking for.

Edit: Upon revisiting the Lloyd cheesecake pans, it appears that they are not loose bottom pans, but rather only the miniature set.

I don’t know if these aluminum removable bottom cake pan might work or not.  They are not seasoned.

Your are right, the largest ones are only 10” round.

No, they aint' cheap.    

I do have some square removable bottom pans somewhere in my shed and think I found them somewhere at an auction a long while ago.  They are darker in color, but I don't know if that is from age or not.  I never even tried the square removable bottom pans and sure don't know why I didn't think of trying them for pizza.  I might have to go digging when the weather becomes warmer.

FYI, Lloyd Pans sells the square pans with loose bottoms, in bare aluminum or with Dura-Kote: http://www.lloydpans.com/standard-pans/bakeware/cake-pans/square-loose-bottom-pans. I thought that they might have the counterpart round pans with loose bottoms but that does not appear to be the case.

Those square bottom loose bottom pans you found at Lloyd Pans might work for Mark, if he wants to make a square pizza.   They don’t even come in 14” sizes, but the Dura-Kote ones are really expensive for the 12“ square size.

Thanks for the links, Yes , I tried Goggle, (thats how I found this site) and the place I found said I had to buy $100.00 minimum. The other place I tried was in Florida and the phone connection was so bad I couldn't even understand him.
I have found one other promising place that has a removable bottoms , but being in Hawaii and they are on the east coast (6 hours difference) time wise makes it rough and they are closed Saturday.
Most I see now are Cheesecake pan, I really don't care what they are called.  it's just a matter of time, I'm getting close   

The other place  (http://www.fatdaddios.com/catalog/round-1-4) They come is a case of 6 pans. just like the other. Grrrrr   LOL

Ok, I found one, it's a 14 X 2 pan so I'm a happy camper once again, it'll be here in 3-7 days.  Yippppeeeeee  Now we can start having "Daddy's Pizza" again

P.S.
Try using BBQ sauce instead of Tomato sauce.  Put dried onion flakes on the sauce too it helps soak up the water that will be cooked out of the BBq sauce.

The Amazon link from above and got the 14 inch with the 2 inch side. it's a round cheese cake/Now a Pizza pan pan  LOL

It's .64 cents less than free shipping offer. but what the heck, I have the original bottom from my lost pan (found it in the bottom of the stove. so she saw the scared/rusting ring and(she never admit it) and it disappeared.

So not for sure if I have to season it or not, but one bridge at a time !!!
