Hello everyone, my name is Gerry Meloni and I live in San Antonio, Texas. I'm originally from New York and I know good pizza when I see it. In San Antonio, we need more real Italian pizza places, and I'm thinking about starting one. I am a CPA with expertise with restaurants in general, so I know the business end of pizzerias.
