I am so new to pizza, and scared to death!! We have a small pub and grill we bought in July of 2012 in Ohio in a very small town and are ready to start practicing..We have a small conveyer oven (Impinger) that was there when we bought the place.. I hope to gain enough knowledge to put out a decent pizza!
