guys and gals, thinking of hiring a second mate to help me man the ship....looking for someone with passion....skills, yes, but passion and willingness to learn trump skills....

must be interested in Neapolitan pizza, sourdough bread, smoking meats, etc....

located in Southwest Austin (hill country)....if you know anyone, please introduce them.

How much is the pay? I would move to texas in a heart beat for pizza. My wife begs me to move to texas everyday lol
