Not known for our pizza's but there seems to be enough love for our Gouda cheese! I'm completely new to pizza making and already have I found this forum full of useful information :)

A few years ago I was introduced to Gouda that had been aged 2-3 years... and now I almost can't eat it any other way   ;D
