Hello My name is Randy. I just recently received a Char-Griller Akorn Kamado cooker and am looking forward to using it to make homemade pizza. I have several good pizza restaurants nearby, but I am feeling financially pinched having to pay $25.00 or more for a good brick oven pie. I would love to make pizza for family & friends, but have no baking skills for making dough and am horrified about getting my pie off the peel and onto the hot pizza stone. Anyway I would love to get some recipes and advise and begin my quest to be the hero family pizza master... Hope everyone has a great year!..... Randy
