Newbie questions

I have some questions that I will probably hit myself after getting answers but here goes.

Is there any good way to make your dough round and not look as my Polish wife said, polok pizza like.

I am also wondering if there is a good way to distribute the sauce around he pizza without leaving bare spots.

I'm sure I have more questions but that is all I can think if at this time.

Is there any good way to make your dough round

I have found that the best place to start is by putting your dough an oiled round container for the fermentation period. It then becomes much easier to form it into a round pie.
