Howdy from Australia. Yep, not G'day. I'm an American Ex-pat living with my wife in northern New South Wales in the small coastal community of 1,500 named Emerald Beach on the Banana Coast. We hold dual citizenship and still own a residence in Port Angeles, Washington. I've joined the pizza forum to learn more about the art and science of pizza making. Sometime in the next 6 months we plan on purchasing a gas fired pizza oven for our upstairs deck. We look out over the Tasman Sea towards the Solitary Islands, a perfect setting for enjoying a good red and a pizza. We love the thin crisp flatbread in it's simplest form- a base, some tomato or pesto and a little cheese.
