Hi everyone, my name is Elise and I'm a pizzaholic. Looking forward to being a part of this group. I am looking to put in a pizza oven and would love to hear from those of you who have wood fired and gas pizza ovens. What do you like or dislike about what you have? I am looking for new recipes for dough and would love to exchange recipes, love all things food related.
