Sauce tip for those in Ontario - Longo's

I had been looking for cans of pulp that would make fast sauce.  Couldn't find 6 in 1 anywhere.

Discovered Longo's has a product called Polpa Finely Chopped Tomato pulp.  Has a pop top and I just strain a tiny bit of water out and its good to go.  Perfect size (400 g) for two pies.

I haven't explored the Canadian canned tomato offerings, but since I vacation on the St. Lawrence perhaps I will this summer. Canada grows lots of very good tomatoes and Southern Ontario's climate is condusive to very good yield. A few years back, Serious Eats SLICE page did a taste test of canned whole tomatoes and their winner was some Canadian grown tomatoes packaged by Luigi Vitelli. I have never been able to find the same tomatoes, must of that companies tomatoes are labeled as Italian grown, but a search in Ontario could lead to some interesting finds. Will keep an eye open for Longo's
