Hi! My name is Robin and I moved to Alaska from Michigan 21 yrs ago. As a teen I worked in a local deli in rural MI and I was the pizza maker. I was very young, loved to bake and I had a large, hot oven. I still use pizza screens and their dough recipe! I love Detroit Greek style pizza, which is never mentioned in books, forums, TV etc. My interest is in dough and experimenting with different flour. My family ( my husband and kids are Inupiat Eskimo) are willing testers.
