Italian Pizza crust electirc OVEN opinions are needed

Hi there everyone, I am looking for a good ( but not expensive) electric oven 2-3 deck oven ( new) for our new pizza crust place. Please suggest us any good brand or place or even you sell some equipment. We are interesting in crus pizza equipment. Thanks a lot

Welcome to the forum. What style pizza are you planning on selling? How many pizzas are you planning on selling a day? What size will the pizzas be?

Here are the brands that I'd recommend for thin crust NY style:

Pizzamaster (Sweden)
Marsal (USA)
Baker's Pride (USA)

but these are all relatively costly. If you provide some further details of the pizzas you're selling, that would help us help you select the right oven.

Hi, thanks a lot for the response. We are looking for smalls to mediums only (10-14 sizes), and the size of crust is smaller in dough weight than regular pizza similar size.

We definately want an electric counter top oven ( preffered double deck)

Should I consider a used equipment may be? I guess new ones are too pricy.
