Hi, my name is Corwin. I'm originally from the Chicago area. My favorites in/around Chicago are Gino's East, Aurelio's, and Nino's(in Matteson). I moved to Iowa 13 years ago. My favorites here are Great Plains Sauce and Dough, Vesuvius, and Papa Murphy's(take and bake) all in Ames. Since moving here, I've missed the Chicago pizzas, so I learned to make them on my own. This forum has helped me to attempt Aurelios/Nino's style thin crust.
