3# bag of Sir Lancelot

Well I got my 12# of Sir Lancelot today.

Here is the 3# bag they sell at The Bakers Catalogue
which I believe is owned by King Arthur Flour??

With Shipping the flour is expensive, If it improves my pizza I will then
order a 50# bag from Dutch Valley.

It's great flour.  I have tried KA Bread Flour with added wheat gluten and to me, the KASL makes a better pizza. 

I recently got a few 3lb bags myself, but if I were to make enough pizza, or got a separate freezer, would order the 50lb bag from Dutch Valley.   Where I am located, the shipping is 6-7 dollars more than the 50lb bag of flour, but once again, with adequate storage for the flour or if I made enough pizza, it would be worth it.
