It's great flour. I have tried KA Bread Flour with added wheat gluten and to me, the KASL makes a better pizza.
I recently got a few 3lb bags myself, but if I were to make enough pizza, or got a separate freezer, would order the 50lb bag from Dutch Valley. Where I am located, the shipping is 6-7 dollars more than the 50lb bag of flour, but once again, with adequate storage for the flour or if I made enough pizza, it would be worth it.
