Primavera 70

So I wait... not very well. My Forno Bravo Primavera 70 is being delivered sometime today around 12-2.  I am very excited and will post pictures and more as the day goes.  It is a warm 18 degrees here in Kansas City, Missouri so I can't wait to set this up in the cold.  LOL.  Hey I don't care if it is negative 18 degrees I am just excited to get going.  As I said I will post more later and keep you all updated in my process.  I just want to thank everyone here for their opinions and advice in everything.  I hope to someday help those who come behind me.

It's 17 here in New Jersey.  My extra layers provide me with considerable immunity against the cold, but I don't think I'd go outside to set up an oven in this. This is brutal.

I remember standing over the crate after the driver dropped it in my driveway. I had no idea that it was going to dominate my life going forward. Here is my first post about the oven on the forum almost 3 years ago (and an embarrassingly pale pie with GIGANTIC mozz):

First let me say the truck driver was awesome!!! He helped me move the oven into my backyard and on my patio while in the box. Then a friend of mine came over and used a Toro Dingo to lift it up and on the frame. Awesome!!

It is COLD here!  9 Degrees.  Nothing is going to stop me from curing this oven though!  :)

Am seriously thinking of the 70 to scratch my WFO itch. So even the turnkey ovens need curing?

Yes even these ovens need to be cured. Anywhere from 5-7 days. It is pure torture!! Ask anything you want. I am just starting out but this forum is a wealth of information!
